  • Met with State Representative Jared G. Solomon to discuss current early learning policy initiatives and to learn more about his legislative proposal that would require child care providers to post their Keystone STARS designation outside of their facility, as well as on their public website. 
  • Developed a Keystone STARS financial simulation model for child care centers that would allow providers to input their Child Care Works enrollment and staff qualification data into an excel workbook to determine the amount of additional state support they would receive by increasing their STARS designation.
  • Provided input to the OCDEL Bureau Director of Early Learning Services into the development of the final Keystone STARS Performance Standards.
